This is our company’s favorite service. We provide all lighting materials that we get from a commercial distributor. The first year’s install will be more expensive due to the materials, but the following years we only charge for labor as we reuse the same lights year after year. We offer house wraps, tree and bush wraps, and wreath hanging.

This is a seasonal service offered in the fall, summer, and spring. This is a 3-in-1 service meaning we clean all windows, frames and sills. Our company provides all material and cleaning products necessary for the job and has a company minimum policy of $149.99 for exterior home projects.

Garbage cans get nasty very quick…let our team pressure wash the inside and outside of your garbage cans using quality and environmentally friendly chemicals. This is a seasonal service offered in the summer, fall, and spring only as an add-on service unless put on a monthly/bi-monthly plan.
